I find that most posts here on Let's Japan are very negative. I am finding that I have been driven to being negative as well. I guess one of the reasons I come to this site is to let off a bit of steam and give advice when I can. It only takes one flame to get us firing back with comments. I admit that I am most often quick to flame when I see a flame is due. Here is my positive post for today. As egotistical as it is. Flame if you have to!
Apologies for the repetitive use of 'I'.
If you're not happy in your current job, you probably never will be happy. Call me a crackpot or a dumbass if you like but things from my high horse look pretty sweet.
Does anybody else have anything positve to say?
Clanning
Clanning....I usually go and do something when I roll.... but hey the computers cool too....omei.
But seriously I think the negitivity is a grest stress relieve. We all rant about B.S. , but its amusing, because all of us can relate to stories about tearing up apartments, can-eh'-dians, the ghettoisation of our buisness and boning our girlfriends siblings... well maybe not all of us.
I say let it out, but lets not get personal.....sh!t, call me a seppo, racist, asian fetish, international male, trashman, urasai bakayaro...But dont get personal, like with FOE, if someone ratted, that is out of line. Freedom of speech is for that which we abhor, not that which we like to hear..or something like that.

I appreciate Nova for hiring me and giving me the chance to live in Japan while I had a job that allowed me to get by while in Japan.
I appreciate Nova for doing all the work to get me a visa and for arranging an apartment for me before I arrived in Japan.
Except for a couple of psychos and a kid that could not control his bowels, I really enjoyed my students and enjoyed teaching them. In fact, I keep in touch with many of them. It is fun when the holidays come around, and I get all kinds of cards and letters from Japan. I never would have met all of these people if I had not been hired by Nova.
I am happy that Nova gave me a job where I was able to work on my communication skills. At Nova I learned how to explain things in very simple terms to people of various levels of understanding. This has helped me be a better trial lawyer and has definitely helped me in the jury trials that I have done.
I think that is the end of the positive things I have to say about Nova.
