I heard yesterday about a teacher currently working for GComm who actually got her official documents from the trustees that are needed to apply for back-pay. Has anyone else recieved these documents or have any information on the status of back-pay?

well..at least I kept a record of my free lessons and no-shows where i did less than nothing, wrote letters home, drew pictures...played viddy games..pretended to go to the washrom for 37 minutes....
all told..over 4.5 years Nova paid me for something like 3 months to do nothing. (in little 40 minute increments over the time..thanks suckers!)

This company, G-com. have lied to me and my family so many times over the past few weeks. I have been paying into pension and health funds for the last 8 years with Nova. G-com has told us 4 times on the phone that they have sent our applications for health coverage and pension payments to the labour office in Nagoya on January 18th, yet today, we called them again because we haven't received anything and they told us that they sent our application on February 8. That is/was two days ago. I have two young children who need to have medical insurance. And why does this company keep telling lies?
I hope that the new company does all it has promised. And for the people that are suffering or are in distress, take care.

Remember, the Nova business model was knowingly built for implosion – if Saruhashi and his motley crew did not know where all this was heading, then that makes them about the dumbest fools on earth – they knew alright, hence the “strip Nova bare” prices between Ginganet Company /other “supply” companies and Nova parent company (basically, a money laundering front), the timing of the public float, you name it. All roads clearly point to a well orchestrated end result, and by the time bankruptcy was inevitable, millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars had already been siphoned out.
If people really want justice, then the move for a proper criminal investigation into the activities of Saruhashi and his right hand men needs to gain momentum.
As for hitting out at G Comm – well, they are just another trashy loan shark operation, but throwing punches at them is really missing the target.
Saruhashi is sitting back, looking at the smoldering ruins, his job successfully done – he has, so far, walked away, untouched, a multi-millionaire.
Demand justice.
We will get 80% of the money you are owed but from Oct 26 when we were all sent home we were only getting 60% of our wage. So from what I understand you should get Sept wage, Oct wage and 60% of Nov wage and then 80% of that total amount. I hope thats clear and helps.

I have a way out. It is just pretty shitty that I couldn't get what I paid for. I was called today and was told that my medical cards have been received in Nagoya. I do not think that G Com has any idea as to what kind or size of operation they running. Any how, this is my last posting. I got what I needed. And will have a decent future.
