Tokyo Journal in 1991: A Sure Thing

I was cleaning out my closet, and way at the back I found photocopies of an article on teaching English tilted "The Sure Thing" from the June 1991 edition of the Tokyo Journal. That's pretty funny! He might have had better luck if he'd tried walking into Nova. Some of his personalities would've been better than my co-workers from my branch.

Google the term 'EF Assistance' and see what comes up. I find this whole turn of events highly amusing. Nova better announce re-opening soon or it may find itself without warm butts to fill cold chairs.

Ask a Japanese girl if they wished they were white or had a non-Japanese boyfriend. I am sure they would answer yes to both those questions.

Very very shock when I go abroad! White girls= Big fat oshiri. Men are good toy boys to play with! Like rare pet. Goes both ways!

Anyone else remember paying, what was it, like 800 yen an issue? Or we just stole our friend's copy. I guess thanks to Devlin & Devlin, those days are over.....

..was a good read back in the day. Enjoyed it more than Metropolis these days.
